Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years of property management, hospitality management, military, or related industry.
• 3 years of people management experience.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, decision making, and accountability.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting ability.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted occupancy and implement marketing strategies.
• Ensure adherence to company policies across the property.
• Set priorities, supervise leasing and prospect management, and oversee maintenance.
• Provide assurance on data accuracy in Yardi.
• Coordinate maintenance with facility management and address recurring issues.
• Manage financials including budgets, reports, and expenditures.
• Interview, hire, onboard, and develop the property team.
