Job summary

Raveneaux Apartments, a Cottonwood Residential community in Houston, seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager with day-to-day operations.

The role focuses on rent collection, delinquency management, resident communication, and handling notices with proper documentation. You will also coordinate vendor work orders and support leasing with tech-forward processes. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, sales or customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of basic accounting practices.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws.
• Experience with property management software (Entrata) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in rent collection and delinquency management.
• Maintain resident files and prepare legal notices when needed.
• Coordinate vendor work orders and follow up to ensure completion.
• Support the Property Manager and cover duties when PM is unavailable.
• Adapt to tech-forward leasing processes and handle multiple tasks without dropping details.
• Weekend availability is required.
