Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Community Manager in the financial and operational management of the property. The role emphasizes strong communication with residents, accurate record-keeping, and ensuring lease rules and processes are followed.

The position offers full-time hours, hourly pay of $26.00 to $28.00, benefits, and bonus/commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in the property management industry.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to remain professional and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Provide courteous customer service and respond to resident requests.
• Collect monies and oversee evictions, skips, and move-outs; walk units to verify occupancy.
• Coordinate with outside counsel during eviction processes.
• Finalize move-ins/outs and renewals; enter data into management software.
• Ensure renter’s insurance procedures are followed and deposits collected.
