Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in daily operations at the Alton District. You will manage leases, oversee maintenance, and ensure resident satisfaction while reporting monthly results.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 2–3 years in property management; experience with Yardi Voyager is preferred. Competitive benefits and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of experience in property management is required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Previous experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations of the property.
• Oversee supplier contracts and maintenance coordination.
• Handle lease administration, monthly reporting, and resident relations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Process move-ins/move-outs and lease renewals; inspect property conditions.
