Job summary

Enclave is seeking a Property Marketing Coordinator to drive leasing performance across multifamily communities, coordinating campaigns, assets, and brand initiatives in collaboration with design, digital, and operations teams.

You will manage websites, digital assets, and marketing channels to enhance visibility, generate qualified leads, and support occupancy goals. A strong foundation in marketing and cross-team collaboration is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, property marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, email marketing tools, content management systems, and social media channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build positive working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing collateral, digital assets, and promotional materials for new and existing properties per brand standards.
• Support the implementation of marketing plans and leasing campaigns across multiple communities.
• Assist with the launch of new property brands, ensuring marketing materials are delivered accurately and on schedule.
• Manage marketing requests and coordinate project execution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain property websites and third-party listing integrations, including content updates and platform management.
• Monitor marketing performance reports and help track action items and campaign optimizations.
• Support the execution of social and marketing campaigns, including coordination of content, design, and deployment.
• Review community performance metrics and assist in identifying marketing opportunities to support occupancy goals.
