Qualifications

• Experience: 1-3 years in property management, real estate marketing, sales, customer service, or related field.
• Marketing & Social Media: Strong content creation skills across modern platforms; Canva or Adobe experience a plus.
• AI & Technology: Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and marketing/project management platforms; Entrata and ClickUp preferred.
• Organization: Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, adapt to changing needs.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional, energetic approach.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Real Estate, or related field; PA Real Estate license bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own social media planning and execution across the portfolio with campaigns and calendars.
• Collaborate with property teams to identify content opportunities and maintain local relevance.
• Travel to properties to capture photo/video content for campaigns.
• Coordinate creation/distribution of digital and physical marketing materials.
• Manage ILS listings, property websites, pricing, availability, and photos.
• Coordinate photography, video, and 3D tour assets across platforms.
• Oversee online reputation and Google Business Profiles for the portfolio.
• Lead email and SMS marketing planning, content, targeting, and execution.
• Support SEO/SEM and website content initiatives.
• Provide leasing and marketing support at properties as needed.
