Job summary

PaxProperties in Tulsa, OK is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multifamily apartment community.

You will lead the onsite team, drive leasing and occupancy, manage rent collections and budgets, and ensure resident satisfaction while maintaining Fair Housing compliance. Strong communication, organizational skills, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous multifamily property management experience required.
• Strong leasing, collections, and resident relations experience.
• Experience with property management software (Entrata preferred).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a team and achieve occupancy and financial goals.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
