Job summary

Pegasus Residential in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Property Manager to lead and develop a residential team, model outstanding customer service, and drive day-to-day operations with integrity.

You will balance income and expenses, oversee leasing, maintenance, and resident relations, enforce Fair Housing laws, and collaborate with leadership to optimize performance. Occasional travel and knowledge of OneSite are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a residential property manager.
• Supervisory experience: hiring, training, coaching.
• Knowledge of multifamily management practices and Fair Housing.
• Strong financial acumen to balance income and expenses.
• Knowledge of property management software (OneSite) considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the property management team to deliver referral-worth customer experiences.

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager required
• Prior supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and use of property management and accounting software.
• A strong understanding of bottom‑line and comprehension of balancing income and expenses to ensure the best overall results
• Occasional travel required
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged.
