Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Property Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations including tenant screening, lease management, rent collection and maintenance coordination.
• Screen potential tenants through background checks and credit reports.
• Negotiate lease agreements and ensure compliance with rental terms.
• Prepare and manage property budgets.
• Advertise vacant units to attract new tenants.
• Show properties to potential tenants.
• Address tenant issues and maintenance concerns with problem-solving.
