West Coast Self-Storage Group in Antioch, CA is seeking a full-time Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a busy self-storage facility. You will deliver exceptional customer service, manage leases, budgets, pricing, and ensure maintenance per company standards.

Qualifications

• Retail sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to self-manage and work independently to achieve goals.
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, assessing storage needs in person, by phone, and online.
• Create store plans to hit monthly and annual budgets.
• Oversee web pricing and discount management.
• Maintain property to Clean & Operational standards (clean vacated units, etc).
• Manage vendors and capital expenditure projects.
• Drive the auction process for units.
• Show available units and guide customers through leasing.
• Audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash.
• Other duties assigned by leadership.
