• 2+ years of Property Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the self-storage facility and office.
• Provide outstanding customer service and handle inquiries with a sales focus.
• Show, rent and maintain units and sell moving supplies.
• Complete rental agreements and maintain tenant documents.
• Manage delinquent tenants and notices.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and light maintenance tasks.
• Direct supervision of part-time staff scheduling.
