Job summary

Public Storage seeks a Property Manager to work across multiple Florida locations, assessing customer storage needs and advising on packing supplies. You will perform daily unit inspections to ensure spaces are ready to rent and handle cash deposits as part of daily operations.

Responsibilities also include keeping customers current on payments, making reminder calls, and traveling between sites with a valid driver’s license and own vehicle. Mileage reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
• Transportation: must have a valid driver’s license and use own vehicle (mileage reimbursement available).

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability to rent.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits as part of daily business.
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
