Job summary

Public Storage is seeking Property Managers to work at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors, providing customer storage solutions and related sales. You will assess needs, suggest packing materials, and ensure units are ready to rent.

Daily tasks include inspections, cash handling, and keeping customers current with payments; a valid driver’s license and mileage reimbursement are required for travel between sites. This is a full-time role with performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations; spend time both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest selling packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits.
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls.
