Job summary

Public Storage is hiring for Property Managers who will work across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. You will assess storage needs, suggest packing supplies, and help customers choose options to rent spaces.

Responsibilities include daily unit inspections, cash handling, deposits, and reminders to collect payments. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required, with mileage reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service–based sales (retail, restaurant, fast food, or related).
• Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle for travel between locations (mileage reimbursed).

Responsibilities

• Our Property Managers get to work independently at multiple locations; spending time both inside and outside
• We assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability helps make sure spaces are ready to rent
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits are part of the daily business
• We help keep our customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required
