Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager who can work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. You will assess customer storage needs, upsell packing and moving supplies, and perform daily inspections to ensure spaces are ready to rent.

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and use their own vehicle for travel between sites. Duties include cash handling, payments reminders, and occasional outdoor duties in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food or similar).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and use own vehicle for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in assessing storage needs and recommend packing/moving supplies.
• Inspect storage units daily to verify inventory and readiness for rent.
• Help customers with payments and conduct reminder/collection calls when needed.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
