Job summary

Public Storage is seeking Property Managers to work independently across multiple locations. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, and keep spaces ready to rent through daily inspections.

Responsibilities include auditing cash drawers, making deposits, and helping customers stay current with payments while making reminder calls when needed. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or service-based companies.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability and ensure spaces are ready to rent.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits as part of daily business.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
