Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors, assessing customer storage needs and upselling supplies. Daily duties include inspections, cash handling, and supporting customers with payments.

Ideal candidates will have a valid driver's license and own vehicle, with flexible full-time hours between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm). Mileage reimbursement and performance-based bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail or service industries.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Work independently across multiple locations, both inside and outside.
• Assess storage needs and upsell packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily business.
• Assist customers with payments and handle reminders and collections when required.
