Job summary

Public Storage is seeking Property Managers who can work independently at multiple sites, both indoors and outdoors. You’ll assess customer storage needs and suggest packing supplies while ensuring units are ready to rent.

Daily duties include inspections, cash handling, and helping customers stay current with payments. A valid driver's license and own vehicle are required for travel between properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail or service-based industries.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between locations with own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and handle bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
