Job summary

General Services Corporation (GSC) is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the operation of a premier apartment community in Sarasota, FL. You will ensure exceptional customer service for residents, prospects, staff, and vendors while leading leasing and maintenance teams.

You will partner with senior leadership to manage budgets, occupancy, and resident satisfaction goals, and collaborate with Marketing to develop business plans and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of an apartment community and provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, staff, and vendors.
• Lead, guide, and supervise leasing and maintenance staff as they serve residents of the GSC Apartment Community.
• Partner with senior leadership to maintain budgets, occupancy, and resident satisfaction goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing to cultivate business plans and marketing strategies.
