Your new role

As the Property Manager, you will support the overall operations of a 1500+ luxury rental portfolio in Midtown West. The Property Manager will be supported by a large team including an Assistant Property Manager, Administrative staff, and a strong maintenance team.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for the Property Manager job in New York City, candidates will possess the following:

• Strong background in Residential Property Management (5+ years)
• Experience managing luxury rental assets required
• Well-versed in budget management
• Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
