Job Title

Property Manager (CRE)

Job Description Summary

Responsible for managing a property (or group of properties) for a client and fulfilling the obligations under the property’s management agreement.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Manage all lease administration duties
  • Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings
  • Ensure compliance with policies, codes, regulations, and governmental directives
  • Lead and manage property staff, including hiring and performance management
  • Develop and execute an annual inspection process for properties
  • Develop budgets, track variances, oversee CAM reconciliations, and ensure recovery processes
  • Bid, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts
  • Abstract all property leases into lease administration software
  • Coordinate with third-party owners and accounting for contract compliance and reporting
  • Oversee tenant and building construction work for timely completion
  • Participate in leasing and client meetings, ensuring effective communication
  • Maintain positive relationships with tenants and clients

Education

Work Environment

This role operates in a professional office setting and involves travel between properties in varying weather conditions.

Physical Demands

Must be able to stand, walk, ascend/descend stairs, and operate office machinery, with the ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
