Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to ownership, tenants, and prospective tenants.
• Lead leasing activities and renewals; coordinate move-ins/outs.
• Coordinate service contracts and liaise with the Property Manager.
• Ensure compliance with property policies and maintain notices.
• Assist in preparing income and expense budgets with the Property Manager.
