Job summary

Mission Rock Residential is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites in the San Francisco area. You’ll drive property value, ensure resident satisfaction, and lead property teams to success in a people-first environment.

Your day-to-day includes supporting financial goals, maintaining records, and communicating service needs to maintenance, while ensuring top-tier customer service and strong online presence with survey scores.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years on-site as a Leasing Consultant and/or Assistant Community Manager.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to travel to assigned portfolio of properties.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day functions of multi-site property operations and enhance property value.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and online presence to achieve satisfactory resident and prospect surveys.
• Maintain accurate records of community transactions (rent rolls, delinquencies, move-ins/outs) and submit timely.
• Ensure models and market-ready apartments are walked daily and coordinate service requests with maintenance.
