The role emphasizes accountability, teamwork, and a commitment to integrity and inclusivity, with compensation in the $85k–$95k range and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years on-site as Leasing Consultant or Assistant Community Manager.
• Supervisory experience in a customer-service setting preferred (3 years).
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and maintain high resident satisfaction.
• Support financial goals and asset management in line with company policies.
• Enforce Fair Housing policies and maintain accurate records (rent rolls, etc.).
• Lead the property team to ensure efficient workflows.
