Mission Rock Residential is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites in the San Francisco area. You’ll drive property value, ensure resident satisfaction, and lead property teams to success in a people-first environment.
Your day-to-day includes supporting financial goals, maintaining records, and communicating service needs to maintenance, while ensuring top-tier customer service and strong online presence with survey scores.

The Property Manager is fully accountable for all day-to-day functions of their multi-site property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the properties, and ensuring the property teams are positive and successful.

The expected compensation range for this position is $27.00- $34.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
