Qualifications

• 5–7 years professional work experience in commercial real estate asset management or related fields.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and P&L.
• Strong knowledge of apartment management laws and regulations.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings for events.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of on-site staff.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, and outreach to maximize property performance.
• Prepare regular financial reports and manage budgets.
• Coordinate resident events and ensure exceptional service.
