Job summary

Kane Realty Corporation is seeking a Property Manager for Greenbrier Townhomes in Garner, NC. You will act as the on-site CEO, leading leasing, maintenance, and resident services while maintaining fiscal discipline and strong community relations.

You will oversee a team, manage budgets, and partner with corporate marketing to optimize occupancy and resident experiences in a dynamic Raleigh-Durham area property.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years professional work experience in commercial real estate
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Experience building relationships with clients, investors, ownership groups, and partners
• Experience managing a budget and P&L
• Knowledge of apartment management laws and regulations
• Willing to work at least 2 weekends per month and during events
• Proficient in MS Office; Yardi/Entrata preferred

Responsibilities

• Represent Kane Realty Corporation values and lead on-site staff recruitment and training
• Lead leasing, marketing, financial, administrative and operational activities
• Build relationships with external partners and community; serve as asset ambassador
• Oversee resident relations and events; ensure seamless move-ins
• Manage property budget and prepare investor reports
