Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in luxury community sales.
• Weekend availability required, including Saturdays, plus occasional evenings or events.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel; Yardi or Entrata experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and tour new prospects; build long-term relationships.
• Maintain records of communications and manage CRM to ensure timely follow-ups.
• Qualify new and prospective residents according to policies and Fair Housing laws.
• Recommend rent increases, specials, and concessions.
• Manage vacancies and turnover information.
• Support Resident Relations and Maintenance teams to ensure units are move-in ready.
• Complete leasing reports for owners and investors.
• Lead marketing strategies to generate traffic and plan events to source qualified leads.
• Manage social media accounts and post content regularly.
• Monitor market dynamics to determine optimum rent levels and perform monthly market surveys.
