Qualifications

• Prior property management experience preferred (or closely related experience).
• Strong customer service, communication, and organization.
• Familiarity with AppFolio or Yardi and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Respond to resident questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendors, and work orders.
• Perform routine property walks/inspections and document findings.
• Support leasing efforts, rent collection, and basic budget tracking.
• Ensure files, notices, and processes align with applicable regulations.
