Village Green in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead multifamily operations and drive performance. The position offers a base around $80,000 plus bonus and commission, with room to grow within a long‑standing, reputable firm.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in work experience will be taken into account.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-family Property Management including strong supervisory skills.
• Must have real estate license or obtain within 120 days of employment if required by state law.
• Yardi experience and social media marketing aptitude.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve company and client budget objectives.
• Supervise Marketing, Leasing, Administrative, and Maintenance functions.
• Manage Resident/Landlord Relations.
• Handle accounting and collections.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial and operational reports.
• Prepare budget-to-actual variance reports with explanations for variances.
• Oversee property budgeting and financial management.
• Oversee day-to-day office and maintenance operations including project management.
• Provide property-specific and company reporting to Corporate Office or clients by due date.
• Follow organizational policies, practices, and procedures.
• Collaborate in proactive team efforts to reach property and company goals.
• Perform special projects as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

• Responsible for achieving company and client budget objectives
• Supervise all Marketing, Leasing, Administrative, and Maintenance functions.
• Responsible for all Resident/Landlord Relations
• Responsible for accounting and collections
• Complete required weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial and operational reports
• Complete budget-to-actual variance reporting and provide explanations for significant variances.
• Strong understanding of property budgeting and financial management
• Supervise day-to-day office and maintenance operations to include project management
• Responsible, under the supervision of the Area Director, for property-specific and company reporting requirements as provided to the Corporate Office or clients on or before the due date
• Follow all organization's policies, practices, and procedures
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve property and company goals
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned
