Village Green is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician in Menomonee Falls, WI to perform timely work orders and apartment turns, with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting tasks. You will support residents with a friendly, service-oriented approach.

The role requires 1-3 years in hotel or multifamily housing, solid customer service, basic computer skills, and hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical work, appliances, and painting.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and general computer knowledge.
• Strong experience in plumbing, electrical work, appliances, and painting.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Timely completion of work orders and special projects
• Knowledge in HVAC
• Completion of plumbing and electrical service requests
• Completion of apartment turns, including plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, painting and appliance work
• Servicing residents in a friendly, customer service-oriented manner
• Diagnoses problems and repairs in electrical areas
• Responds to all service requests and on-call emergencies as directed by the Property Manager and Service Manager
• Maintains exterior of the property to provide clean curb appeal
• Housekeeping duties and snow removal during winter months
• Maintains pools, spas, and pool areas if applicable

The Maintenance Technician responsibilities will include:

- Assists in maintaining the exterior of the property daily to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times

- Housekeeping duties as required, as well as snow removal during winter months, when needed

- Performs property maintenance of pools, spas, and pool areas if applicable
