Mutual Housing Management seeks a Property Manager to lead operations across our Lemon Hill portfolio in Sacramento. You will supervise onsite staff, manage vendors, ensure regulatory compliance and foster strong resident relations to maintain safe, affordable housing.

Residency in the community is required for the 3-bedroom onsite housing benefit. The role offers full-time hours, competitive hourly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property management experience, including affordable housing operations.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and affordable housing compliance programs (HUD, LIHTC, Tax Credit, etc.).
• Experience preparing property budgets and overseeing day-to-day operations of affordable housing communities.
• 3-bedroom onsite housing is included as part of the compensation package and requires residency in the community.
• Proficiency with Yardi and MS Office preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee property operations, staff, vendors, and resident relations at assigned site.
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations (HUD, LIHTC, TCAC, etc.).
• Maintain fiscal oversight, occupancy, and property upkeep.
• Provide training, guidance, and leadership to on-site staff.
