Mutual Housing Management in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Property Manager to lead daily operations across our affordable multifamily communities and maintain strong resident relations. You will oversee staff, vendors, and resident services at the Lemon Hill site, ensuring regulatory compliance and fiscally sound property management.

The role emphasizes knowledge of HUD/LIHTC programs, budget oversight, and team leadership in a community-focused environment.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of property management experience, including affordable housing operations.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and affordable housing compliance programs (HUD, LIHTC, Tax Credit).
• Experience preparing property budgets and overseeing day-to-day operations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee property operations, staff, vendors, and resident relations at assigned site.
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations (HUD, LIHTC, TCAC, etc.).
• Maintain fiscal oversight, occupancy, and property upkeep.
• Provide training, guidance, and leadership to on-site staff.
