Saturday Properties is seeking property management professionals to support a growing portfolio of apartment communities across the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro and nearby areas.

This role focuses on operational excellence, financial performance, and exceptional resident experiences. As a Property Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead budget development, and partner with ownership and leadership to reach community goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to analyze financial information and make informed decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of an apartment community with high resident service and performance standards.
• Develop and monitor annual operating budgets; be accountable for financial results.
• Review financial reports, identify trends, and implement improvement strategies.
• Manage delinquency, collections, and eviction processes per policies and laws.
• Coordinate maintenance, capital projects, vendor relationships, and asset preservation.
• Lead resident relations, resolve escalated concerns, and foster community engagement.
• Conduct property audits and ensure compliance with standards and expectations.
• Communicate property performance and initiatives to ownership and leadership.
• Provide mentorship or leadership as experience grows.
• Participate in strategic projects and cross-functional partnerships to support growth.
