Job summary

Milhaus is seeking a Property Manager for Artistry Cincy in Cincinnati, OH. The role oversees marketing, budgeting, financial oversight, and staff supervision to ensure top performance and resident satisfaction.

The Property Manager coordinates with regional leadership to meet ownership objectives, enhance asset preservation, and ensure regulatory compliance across the property. Strong experience in budgeting and operations is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of progressively responsible property management experience for a property with 200+ units.
• Strong budgeting, revenue enhancement and expense control abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication and staff management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage annual property budget.
• Monitor budget to meet or exceed NOI targets.
• Develop systems to maximize revenue and control operating costs.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, and occupancy strategies.
• Supervise on-site staff and training; ensure regulatory compliance.
