JP Management is seeking a Property Manager in Hackensack, New Jersey to support multiple properties in Bergen County. Lead leasing, budgeting, and operations to maximize property value and tenant satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and proficiency with property management software. On-site work with a focus on compliance, reporting, and team coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management & leasing experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state & local laws, including Fair Housing.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring maintenance and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate inspections, maintenance, and repairs to address issues promptly.
• Oversee security measures and emergency response across sites.
• Support capital projects at properties and manage turns/renovations.
• Track compliance, filings, and inspections; remediate violations.
• Maintain records and generate regular property performance reports.
