Job summary

The Caleb Group is seeking a Property Manager for Newport, NH, with responsibilities across Newport Village, Rush Square Apartments, and Antrim Village. The role oversees day-to-day operations for 130 units of affordable housing serving families, the elderly, and individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities include leasing, marketing, tenant screening, rent collections, evictions, maintenance supervision, budget prep, and inspections.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-site multifamily property management experience.
• Section 8 and Yardi experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• COS certification.
• Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven, professional leadership and supervisory skills with demonstrated ability to select and hire direct reports.
• Ability to make well-reasoned decisions, and to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow-through to meet resident, agency, and organizational needs.
