Boulder Housing Partners is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio including project-based vouchers, LIHTC, and HUD programs in the City of Boulder. The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory compliance, and client service to maintain high occupancy and program integrity.

The position reports to the Regional Property Manager and requires coordinating with maintenance, resident services, and staff to meet budgetary and performance goals.

Formación

• At least three years’ experience in housing and/or property management with multi-site oversight of 200+ units.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to monitor property budgets and financial reports.
• Ability to train, monitor, and supervise property management staff.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, LIHTC, HUD, and related programs.

Responsabilidades

• Manage most of BHP’s current project-based voucher portfolio from a property management and voucher compliance perspective.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant programs (HUD, LIHTC, HOME, City of Boulder, etc.).
• Oversee leasing and occupancy to meet performance benchmarks.
• Supervise Assistant Property Managers and Leasing Specialists.
• Coordinate with maintenance and resident services to reach goals.
• Monitor rent collection and occupancy metrics.
• Prepare move-out settlements and maintain resident files.
• Provide training and direction to staff and ensure policy compliance.
