Job summary

Cornerstone Apartments in Denver seeks a dynamic Property Manager to oversee our apartment portfolio near the University of Denver. You will lead a team, drive occupancy and resident satisfaction, and partner with ownership on budgeting and capital projects.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, reviewing expenses, and ensuring exceptional service to residents and vendors. X years of PM experience and strong leadership required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of property management experience overseeing scattered-site properties.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management for properties.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with Yardi property management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall day-to-day operations of the property portfolio.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, and ownership groups.
• Manage property budgets and financial performance.
• Oversee leasing efforts, occupancy goals, and resident retention initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor the Assistant Property Manager and onsite team.
• Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, scheduling, and supply management with maintenance staff.
• Review and approve property expenses and purchasing decisions.
• Support rent collection and related financial activities.
• Collaborate with ownership to execute community goals and capital projects.
