Job summary

Bader is expanding into Texas and seeking a Property Manager to oversee operations, leasing, and budgeted activities for a new community. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position with a focus on resident experience and profitability.

Responsibilities include managing maintenance, lease administration, budgets, and marketing, while leading a high-performing team and maintaining safety and Fair Housing compliance. Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years: Property Manager.

Responsibilities

• Understand, manage and oversee all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting and marketing.
• Provide superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase retention, revenue, reputation and profitability.
• Develop, mentor, lead, and manage a high-performing, cohesive team, including leasing, customer service, maintenance and management personnel, to maximize engagement and reduce turnover.
• Establish and maintain industry contacts and relationships in the property's marketplace through involvement in trade organizations, property management associations and networking opportunities with vendor outreach and peer groups.
• Support the company’s philosophy, goals and adhere to policies.
• Responsible for ensuring that all personnel in all departments operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Comply with all industry Fair Housing rules.
• Seek educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development.
• Anything else that the Regional Asset Manager feels may fall into the Property Manager’s job description.

Education
