Flagship Communities REIT is seeking an experienced Property Manager for a Manufactured Housing Community. You will oversee daily operations, resident relations, and leasing of homes and lots, while focusing on customer service and occupancy goals.

The successful candidate will have 2–5 years in property management and a personable, detail-oriented approach to drive performance in a fast-growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multifamily or manufactured housing communities.
• Strong tenant relations and customer service focus.
• Experience leasing homes and lots and collecting rents.

Responsibilities

• Attract tenants by advertising vacancies and showing units.
• Manage finances: collect rents, pay bills, and forecast needs.
• Maintain property and address tenant complaints and repairs.
• Ensure security and enforce occupancy rules.
• Prepare reports by analyzing data and trends.
• Negotiate leases and collect security deposits.
