Qualifications

• Must have 2–5 years of experience in property management.
• Experience in multifamily or manufactured housing communities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attract tenants by advertising vacancies and showing units.
• Collect rents, pay bills, forecast requirements and manage expenditures.
• Maintain property by addressing tenant complaints and scheduling repairs.
• Ensure property security and enforce occupancy rules.
• Take ownership of new requests and seek value-adding opportunities.
• Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing data.
• Negotiate leases and collect security deposits.
