Job summary

MAA is seeking a Property Manager to lead a multifamily team and maintain top service standards for residents. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure brand compliance across communities.

The role emphasizes leasing performance, resident retention, financial management, and audit readiness, with a strong preference for a Bachelor's degree and relevant property-management experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Five to seven years of experience in multifamily property management with 1–3 years supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence.
• PMIC license required at hire for SC/DC locations or by the next licensing opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations including oversight of the Service Manager and service team.
• Lead staff performance and ensure accountability and trust on the team.
• Maintain community to brand standards and enhance leasing effectiveness.
• Drive resident retention and satisfaction, marketing and leasing performance.
• Oversee property financials and manage lease documents and audit compliance.
