MAA South Park in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team and ensure every apartment and communal area is well maintained to company standards.

You will hire, train, and develop staff; respond promptly to service requests; coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance, and help meet leasing demand through market-ready homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• HVAC experience and EPA license required.
• 3–5 years of multifamily property maintenance or related work.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance team to repair and maintain property facilities and units.
• Provide prompt and courteous responses to service requests.
• Maintain market-ready apartments to meet leasing demand.
• Ensure property appearance meets company standards.

Primary responsibilities include coordinating the maintenance team to ensure the repair and maintenance of property facilities and apartment units; prompt and courteous responses to service requests; an adequate supply of market ready apartments to meet leasing demand; property appearance which meets or exceeds standards.
