Job summary

MAA Energy Park in Houston, TX is seeking a Property Manager to lead a multifamily team and uphold brand standards across all operations. You will supervise the service staff, optimize leasing performance, and drive resident satisfaction.

You will also manage financials, lease documentation, and audit processes to ensure compliance and excellence in service. A relevant degree is preferred and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in multifamily property management with 1–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence.
• For certain locations (SC and DC) a Property Manager in Charge license is required at hire or by the next licensing opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including the Service Manager and service team.
• Manage staff performance and ensure property operates to brand standards; drive marketing and leasing effectiveness.
• Focus on resident retention and satisfaction; manage property financials and lease documents and audit compliance.
