Beztak is looking to hire a Property Manager to join our team. The Property Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the property, as well as the hiring and development of their team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Motivate and hold accountable a team of employees including leasing and maintenance staff
  • Ensure that all prospects, residents and family members have positive interactions with team members
  • Maintain property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises
  • Responsible for the oversight and execution of building operations
  • Oversee budgeted financial expectations including rent collections, occupancy expectations, and expense guidelines
  • Contract with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits
  • Enforce occupancy policies and procedures
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
  • Responsible for the hiring of team members and providing continuous learning and development of their team

PERSONAL QUALITIES:

  • High integrity, positive attitude, mission-driven, and self-directed

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Property Management
  • Tax Credit Experience Preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
