Timberland Partners Inc. is seeking a Property Manager for Legends on the Park in Eureka, MO. You will oversee staffing, marketing, maintenance, and customer relations for a 224-unit community, ensuring smooth operations and high resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include budgeting, leasing, and coordinating on-site teams, with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily Property Manager experience required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college-level education strongly preferred.
• Computer proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• YARDI experience preferred.
• Active apartment association membership preferred.
• Industry designations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage community rental rates to maximize income.
• Address resident complaints, concerns and requests.
• Maintain appearance and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Implement marketing strategies as prescribed by Marketing Department.
• Review applications, prepare leases and complete paperwork.
• Ensure apartment is ready for move-in on date.
• Orient new residents to the community.
• Prepare annual budgets and manage deposits/payments.
• Set on-site staff schedules and lead the team.

Job description

We are looking for a Property Manager for our Legends on the Park location. This community has 224 units and is located in Eureka, MO. As the Property Manager, you directly oversee the staffing, marketing, maintenance, and customer relations of the property.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the community’s appearance and ensures any necessary maintenance is reported and completed
• Implement creative self created strategies as well as marketing initiatives as prescribed by the Marketing Department
• Review applications, prepares and types leases and completes all necessary paperwork
• Ensure that the apartment is ready for the resident to move in on the move in date
• Orient new residents to the community
• Prepare annual budgets
• Ensure deposits, rental payments and all other charges are collected in a timely manner
• Responsible for setting the work schedule for all on site employees
• Lead by example and help your team grow by supporting their development

Minimum Qualifications:

Physical Demands:

The job is periodically sedentary, but requires mobility (i.e. climbing stairs or squatting) to tour and inspect apartments/communities. Involves sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged periods of time and stooping for brief periods of time. There is some repetitive motion of the hands and wrists associated with using a computer.
