Job summary

Confidential in Santa Monica, CA seeks a Property Manager/Leasing Specialist with sales leadership and operations experience. You will drive growth by leasing private offices, managing relationships, and promoting all services to maximize occupancy and profitability.

You will coach a team, control expenses, and ensure exceptional customer service and center readiness. You will report to the Regional Manager and play a key role in achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards

Qualifications

• Business degree preferred and/or 1-3 years of sales experience.
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategy.
• Knowledge of market research.
• Lease agreement review and contract negotiation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements (P&L).
• Personnel administration and corporate protocol knowledge.
• Computer proficiency including standard software tools.

Responsibilities

• Maximize profits by leasing new offices; retain existing clients.
• Promote and sell all services offered.
• Coach and motivate the team to deliver quality service.
• Understand the business to align decisions with goals.
