Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager for the Durham, NC area. You will oversee day-to-day operations of the Aventura RTP property, guide the on-site team, and ensure financial and regulatory compliance while maintaining resident satisfaction and building value.

You will lead leasing, budget management, vendor coordination, and inspections, reporting to owners and ensuring high service standards across maintenance and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Input into annual budgets by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates and monitor collections; prepare monthly financial status reports.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communication.
• Control expenditures within budget; oversee cash and petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, screening, renewals, inspections, and notices.
