Job summary

Greystar in Durham, NC is seeking a Property Manager for the Aventura RTP community (330 units) with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend work.

You will manage day-to-day operations, budget development, rent collection, vendor invoices, leasing enforcement, and resident services to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

A bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of property management experience are required; experience with Entrata, Yardi, or OneSite is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years’ experience in property management and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and the management team.
• Develop budgets, set rents, collect payments, and review financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Oversee leasing, inspections, notices, and lease renewals.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and timely service responses.
• Supervise staff and conduct periodical property inspections.
